CRYOTHERAPY HAS MANY BENEFITS FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH..

At CryoLabs we have noted with interest the beneficial effects and results we have had with cryotherapy treatments on people suffering from a variety of Mental Health issues. Although much of this is anecdotal in nature there have been several recent University studies with cold water swimming (another form of cold therapy) that tends to give support to this anecdotal evidence. We have certainly witnessed at first hand the benefits enjoyed by our clients.

"Cryolabs. The silver lining for my CFS/PTSD symptoms. It has been a godsend for my fatigue, muscle pain, brain fog and the list goes on. So much gratitude for Ian, who simply is a shining star."

As a result of the benefits that our cryotherapy treatments give to our clients we pleased to announce that we now have a support partnership with Dorset Mind the mental Health Charity.

Dorset Mind is a pioneering charity that has been supporting local people in Dorset with mental health challenges since 1946. Dorset Mind educates, challenges mental health stigma and inequality, and promotes recovery by empowering individuals to develop resilience.

Their 1-2-1 and group support services help people regain social skills, confidence and self-esteem. They also deliver educational wellbeing programmes for schools and workplaces and provide volunteer opportunities across all areas of their organisation. Dorset mind is part of a network of 130 Minds across England and Wales.

Dorset Mind, where appropriate, works in partnership with influential organisations and service providers (such as CryoLabs) to encourage social inclusion and improve mental health services to meet the rising demands of the community and we at CryoLabs are very pleased to be part of this offering.
